We aim to display products and prices accurately. We may correct errors in description or price. Placing an order creates a contract of sale between you and Hope Of Animals. We reserve the right to refuse an order due to limited availability or other legitimate reasons.

3. Payment and Shipping

Payment is accepted by the methods shown on the site (including card via Stripe). We ship within the USA in the timeframes indicated at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns

5. Use of the Site

You may not use the site for illegal purposes, post malicious code, or violate other users’ or Hope Of Animals’ intellectual property rights.
